DESCRIPTION This short course is designed for those Real Estate Agents who can't yet afford an accountant yet want to maintain their accounting records properly so that everything factual is available with them whenever required. OBJECTIVE: As the Govt has started promulgating best practices in the Real Estate Industry for which Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) will require all the Real Estate Agents to have proper records of their Transactions.
This course has been designed to familiarize the agents, the brokers and the commission agents with basic accountancy and this will enable them to maintain their accounting records properly.
We shall train you in following areas: 1- Basic of Bookkeeping 2- Introduction of different Types of Transactions 3- Recording Receipts & Payments 4- Keeping record of commissions received and commissions paid 5- Managing Taxation 6- Generation of Reports i.e. Deals, Expenses, Revenues, Commissions
